Pricing (fee structure)

We focus on providing outsourced solutions for companies located in the greater Vancouver area. Our cost effective technical support plan enables your company to get the support and maintenance you require for a much lower cost than hiring full-time IT professionals.

The service we provide is simple. We have a three tiered system that provides need based technical support. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

(1) 7.5 hours onsite technical support	Monthly	$500
(2) 15 hours onsite technical support	Monthly	$1000
(3) 22.5 hours onsite technical support	Monthly	$1500
(Additional hours)	1 hour	$90

Emergency/Non contract hours

Technical support is key to a well run operation. Each client's needs are different and therefore require specialized support but to give you an idea of what we do each month here is a list of some basic support services:

- Maintain and/or implement a reliable backup system.
- Backup critical data.
- Data recovery.
- Scan systems with an updated spyware removal tool.
- Virus scanning and removal.
- Software and hardware installations and upgrades.
- System migrations or moving information from an old computer to another.
- General troubleshooting.
- Networking.

* Additional hardware and software cost will be incured by the client.

One of our technical support consultants will work with you to come up with a client specific plan

dependent on your special needs.
