Order Procedure

STEP 1: Please email us the documents you would like us to translate to translation@seioka.com (Attach your files in MS Word format and/or a text file.)

STEP 2: You will then receive a price via email with a clickable payment button.

STEP 3: Please click the payment button in the email and fill in the appropriate information.

STEP 4: Translation will be sent back to you after the work is completed. We will begin the

translation work as soon as the payment has been confirmed. You will receive the translated

documents in MS Word doc format within 24 hours-72 hours.

STEP 6: We will then begin work on completing your request. We start our work as soon as we

receive both payment confirmation and your resume and/or cover draft.

STEP 7: You will then receive your completed information. You will receive the completed resume and or cover letter in a Microsoft Word Document format within 72 hours unless otherwise specified.
